1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the EspaceCredit Inc. ("EspaceCredit", "we") website or submitting a loan application through it, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of the service
EspaceCredit is a private lending company offering personal and business financing from $20,000 to $500,000 CAD. Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval. All credit decisions are made at EspaceCredit's discretion after a human review of the file, including the documents provided (government ID, proof of income, bank statements).
3. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when applying. Any misrepresentation may result in the refusal or cancellation of your application, or termination of the loan agreement if already signed.
4. Fees
An origination fee is deducted from the net disbursed amount, as clearly shown in the loan simulator and in the loan agreement before signature. The client repays the full approved loan amount according to the agreed schedule, with no additional hidden fees.
5. Client account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, logos, layout) is the property of EspaceCredit Inc. and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
EspaceCredit does not guarantee the site will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, EspaceCredit is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Quebec City.
